Anything that moves is welcome! except gas powered stuff!

I picked the long weekend to have the best chance of wind on any of three days, the way it has been this winter, that is still a risk of light wind.

Also thinking of maybe a riders bash sat or sun night at my place, bon fire, videos etc. depends on the weather forcast.

If the weather office is right, it looks like the best weekend of the winter, wind and warm weather! Snow conditions are perfect too!

Hope we get a few good pics and a story to submit to the magazines, they need some canadian prairie content.

I didn't wanna say it and jinx it but it looks like the weekend of all weekends for sure! (If only we could get it to swing to the N/NE.....)

If it the winds don't show up, I can take one for the team since some evidence might suggest that it gets windy when I leave. Although kicking and screaming, you can all pitch together and send me to any kite destination around the world :P

Either way, super stoked for the weekend! Sitting here trying to study for two massive back-to-back midterms at school is awful. The weekend could not come soon enough.

I might have to buy a lifetime bus pass for Dom to ensure the rest of us get to ride, whenever he can't make it, it blows!

Mike Dowie,

You pulled off a brillient event! I am sure everyone appreciates the amount of time, energy goes into an event like this. Tents, backhoes, picker trucks, Saunas, endless hotdogs and Burgers. Trying to keep people from loosing parts of thier face.

Year after Year you have been keeping the local stoke going! Thank you! thank you thank you

Great event Mike...

I remember the first year, there were four of us shivering to stay warm in the back of some crapy van. Minus thirty, 15km wind, fighting to keep our inflatables from hindenburging in the lulls.

How far it has come. Every year there are new faces. More and more people showing up for your event.

Couldn't have picked a better weekend this year. Perfect wind, snow, sun. I can still close my eyes and picture the big boosts. Best session of the year.

Hey Mike The winds showed up and made the show this year but it would'nt have happened without the driving force....YOU. Easily worth the long drive and the sore legs. Thanks again......Gary
